In my Halifax home garden I built three interconnected ponds with waterfalls and fountains - and two dozen Pedigree Koi.
As part of nutritional research they were fed daily and exclusively on Aquarian Flake Food. For 25 years! This produced beautiful fish, now belonging to the members of the Northern Goldfish and Pondkeepers Society. The problem with ponds in winter-freezing Yorkshire was concrete cracking and leaks. the kids had left home.
Here she is enjoying a cocktail in TGIF in Singapore.
..but the main events were the Aquarian Advisory Service with its stands, displays and free advice (from me) which travelled all over the UK, USA and Europe. This one was at Doncaster Racecourse at the Yorkshire Aquarist Festival in 1998.

After a lifetime of lecturing to aquarium clubs I decide to end the talks in 2014 (everyone just Googles for information nowadays!) but here is my memory display...just some of the fish clubs visited since 1980s.
A special event was my 80th birthday (see Page 2) where some family members can be seen. But most say 'don't publish my photo!' so, to look back on the people I have known who will accept their photo....
